This change reverts the profile specific generated files to match opentelemetry-proto commit a76fe9dea26871e8a6c494024bc9927fe73b8142 which is the the latest one that is compatible with both the opentelemetry collector and opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler Signed-off-by: Leonardo Alminana <leonardo.alminana@chronosphere.io>
